What is the bulb #? Glove box '86 MGM Tudor

So first I can not find the damn bulb number as somehow I dropped and lost the bulb:-(

Also how in the world do I get the bulb in?..does the light holder have to be dropped?

On '91 it's just a 194 bulb. I don't recall how that bulb is mounted on a pre-90 box since I've never had to bother with that bulb on any of my pre-90 boxes.

My sons 87 Vic is a 194 bulb, just pulled it last night. Just pushes in from the front, like from the firewall back to glove box. Make sense?

I can not actually see where the bulb pushes in...on the '86 the bulb goes in from the rear, not the front:-(

One of those small mirrors on a stick and a side shot flashlight in the glove box comes in really handy to see that spot.

You have to do it by feel. The mirror on stick idea will certainly help.

if you have the owner's manual, there is a lighting schedule in there but wedge base is 194 or 168. 168 is larger/brighter/hotter
