Wow... that one looks good. If it's as clean underneath as it is on top, that's a major score.

Make sure the hinges don't need to be rebuilt. If they do, rehanging will not last long.

Awesome that you found what you were looking for. Curious as to why you wanted green?

The looks man... When my Mint 79 Tudor single headlight with full dark green top was on the road the jaws dropped. Body is off the frame now, doing a semi resto-mod. But keeping that sweet sweet minty goodness.

So a green four leaf clover decal would look pretty good on your green car !
That color really is nice. My old 79 Ltd S in green did not have clear coat. When yours was repainted was base coat/clear coat used ?

                    Doesn’t look like clear coat
Maaco did it I think they do nice work if you pay
And doesn’t take years like other body shops

I’m just going to do newer turbines ,duals and think it should have a notched front bumper
And the drivers seat has a lean on right side ,have figure that one out.

Yes Maaco does decent work most of the time. It's all in the prep. It is one of those, don't bring it in on a Monday or Friday if you want a good job. Monday the workers are hung over from the weekend. Friday they hurry. All want to go party.
It felt like years when I was waiting 9 weeks for my LTC to ENTER the no name paint shop last fall. I had an appointment date too. Guy said one week completion time. HA HA.

if the lean of the seat is actually in the seat, check the foam and springs. If the springs are digging into the foam, a well placed cardboard section between the springs and foam will fix that. If it's in the seat back, it's probably bent or has a broken weld in one of the cross braces that connects the two uprights.
