Lincoln TownCar - make it a two door and give it a Marauder swap - the gentleman's hot rod

Thunderbird Wagon - 93 SVT Cobra Powerplant - for the Dads that need to go fast

Australian FPV Falcon GT - SVT Lightning Swap - would be great competition for the G8 or Chevy SS

How about a Ford Contour but make it a coupe & FWD with a roots style supercharger?

    93 Lightning with an N/A 440.

93 Lightning but make it a Raptor.

The 80-81 Town coupe would be a start for the Marauder swap, I kind of like that idea.

Uhh... Lincoln Continental Mark 7 & 8? Especially the Mark 8 with the 4V modular.

Focus CC with ST engine maybe? There's also those Jackson Racing superchargers for the SVT models. If you're looking for a Contour sized wagon or sedan, there's the Mondeo ST220. I bet some american wagon lover would fall head over heels in love with an N/A 3 liter, 225hp V6, manual wagon, FWD tho.

A 90's Ranger would've been cool with the blown 3.8 like in Tbird super coupes.

Box panel wagon, windowless back of a wagon but with tudor front doors!

Keep in mind this is just my opinion-
I don't understand why anyone would spend all of the $$$ and time to build a car, improving every aspect of it- brakes, handling, acceleration, etc. from the factory setup, and then put factory performance badges on it (SVT, Cobra, etc) when everyone knows that the factory did not build it and never did build it.
Hey it's your car, do what you want, but when everyone knows Ford didn't make a box Marauder, or everyone knows that SVT wasn't even around when box Panthers were made, it just comes off as silly imho.
If you put that much effort into the build, why let the factory take the credit for it?
If the factory really did build one and you want to make a clone, that seems a little more believable.

          Anyway that's my take.
I'm pretty simple when it comes to cars, i don't like a lot of extra stuff on them, to me that is just asking for attention from the local authorities and street racer wannabees. To each his own though.

          Some great ideas here though

Why not build a car from scratch

It's just a thought experiment like the muppet thing. My math teacher always told me to quit being theoretical.

...because of the amount of "scratch" that would require?
