That appears to be the Trans cooler, the oil cooler is larger with threaded fittings on the top. Still a good thing to have!-Phil

That is the factory (when equipped) trans cooler.
Can absolutely be used as a power steering cooler.
I believe both the power steering cooler and the transmission cooler should have one fancy line that goes with them to allow one to introduce it into the system. One from steering box for the power steering cooler and one from the radiator for transmission cooler.~David~

My bad. I didn't actually look at the location of the lines going underneath, and the fluid coming out was black as oil. So, I just assumed it was oil.
The P/S cooler is on the car, you you can see it in this picture. I can remove it in the next couple of days.
