Bumper shock?

    Sometimes the pop out, sometimes not. I did use an 89 on my 88. The diameter of the later one is smaller but you can shim it with some sheet metal and it works fine.

      With most powder coat stuff you can get away with 350F if you extend the bake time, 325F even, in some cases.. If the part sees about 17 to 20 minutes at temperature, it's usually good. If looking semi gloss black and want UV resistance, try Akzo-Nobel's QN201U, good stuff right there. But yeah, doubt the membrane can handle anything over 200.
