Stock for 79-02 are zero offset (center). Modern wheels tend to have 40+mm of offset and that would cause the wheel to look very sucked in and maybe hit control arms when turning. Centered wheels will fit up to 9.5 inch wide IIRC.

94-04 will work, but like Sly said, without spacers it’ll look “hella” goofy. I ran them without spacers for a little while and it looked pretty gay. Rubbed the front sway bar a little at full lock and the left rear inside wheel house under very specific, rare moments of articulation. I can’t remember if I used 25/30mm spacers or 30/35mm spacers but it made it so much better.'85 CV coupe- 351W, T5-Z, FAST Ez-Efi, shorty headers, 2.5" duals with knock off flowmasters, 2.5" Impala tails, seriously worked GT-40 irons, Comp 265DEH cam, 1.7rr's, Mallory HyFire 6A, Taylor ThunderVolt 50 10.4mm wires, 75mm t/b, 3G alt swap, 140mph PI speedo, PI rear sway bar, '00 PI booster/MC, 95-97 front spindles, '99 front hub bearings/brakes, '92-'94 front upper control arms/ball-joints, 3.73's with rebuilt traction-lok, '09 PI rear disc swap, '96 Mustang GT wheels with 235/55R17's.

That wheel will fit on the rear, but the front may not fit due to the snout on the hub. Double check the hub hole size and compare to your car. I don't remember what the hub diameter is, but you definitely won't be able to use the center cap on the front without swapping to newer knuckles/brakes
