anyone have good information on vacuum routing for 90 GM 5.0?

SO I am trying to fix a problem. My wife's Grand Marq needed valve cover gaskets. The shop was too busy to get it in before she needed it.

So, my youngest thought he would tackle it. I wound up helping him with getting the valve cover off and cleaned up. He then needed help with the upper intake. He cannot remember where the vacuum lines went. I didn't take them off so I am at a loss. Does anyone have a good diagram for the vacuum hoses? or where I can find one? My son's tried. replacing the cracked and broken plastic ones.

    Thanks

There is a genuine Ford electrical and vacuum manual on Ebay now. Listing # 184910562548. Least expensive one I found.
    Nice to have manual.

Is the vacuum routing sticker on the radiator fan shroud gone?

Ford usually color coded the hard plastic vacuum lines.

      Green = EGR
Red = FPR and emissions solenoids
Black = emissions solenoids, HVAC, brake booster

The line for the MAP sensor should be a soft line.

Any pictures of what you're dealing with?

My 90 seems to have a lot more going on with those crummy plastic vacuum lines than my 88.

        The rubber ones are easier.
1.) front of upper intake to carbon canister/valve
2.) rear of upper intake to MAP (smaller line, bigger on intake end than MAP end)
3.) rear of upper intake to PCV (big one)
4.) top of upper intake to vacuum tree on firewall

Here's some pictures. Not the best quality. Let me know if you need something else.

I have no idea what each of those hoses go to on the fan shroud decal.

was able to use a diagram from repairlink. ImagePrint.pdf

Only one thing that is doesn't show. Is were the red plastic line that runs under the throttle body from the EGR. Were that one joins the other Vacuum lines at the others behind the upper intake.

Is there 3 vacuum ports in the back.

the large one that goes to the vacuum log on the fire wall.

The one at an angle towards the driver side. That goes to the fuel pressure regulator.

The straight one between the two. goes to all the others?

That is my dilemma right now. She runs albeit rough. Better than before.

So you've got two of the three down proper. AFAIK, the third vacuum line is also supposed to be a long red one that goes over to feed vacuum to the EGR, TAB, and TAD solenoids on the passenger fender.

Yeah, I picked that one. What a joke. It only shows like 4 pages of Vacuum diagrams. Nothing for under the hood.

At least with the diagram from repairlink was helpful.
