Check with the Ford dealer. A dealer somewhere may have them in stock.
If you can get the part number from Ford for the specific color you want, I can look for them.
Interior color trim code would be on the door sticker. Dealer will need that.

F5MB5431459-A LH is off off of the drivers side cap.
I'm guessing it would be the same number with an 'RH' for the passenger side?
F5MB5431458-B is the second cap.
Both are Light Blue Denim. I don't know how to decipher the codes on the drivers door sticker for interior color.
