It may be off a 351W or a 460.
The genuine Holley rebuild kits are a little pricier for that 4180 series carb compared to for a 4160.
The 4180 has annular discharge boosters on the primary side for better signal. Those should be superior to the regular boosters on a 4160.
I passed smog with a stock 85 Mustang 4180 carb. I failed with a 450 cfm 4160.
