First off, welcome to the Alternative!!!

Thes not enuff sites sorta dedicated to the Grand Marquis (or Marquis) on the web...sure, theres CVN, CVU, and all that other shit, but this is different. Many will ask "Why another forum" and I will tell you why. This is is simply a laid back, no rules area, for the most part.

But there are rules.

1. Dont do stupid shit. lol.
2. I dont got anything against those 20 page flamewars. But they will get moved to teh battlefield... that way Roast Dawgg will get to have fun with em. He enjoys a good fuckin debate.
3. We are all adults. Thats why I will censor nothing, unless you really violate rule #1 (Kiddie pron and shit) You know what I mean.
4. Have a good fuckin time!
5. You dont need to own a merk to join. Anyone can join. But this is not the Camaro forum. youve been warned.

Lastly, the moderators act on something, ill leave that their call. I trust them.

Updated Rules For All

1. Have Fun. We will try to keep the board fun with just these few simple rules to go by.

2.This is not a Democracy.
The decision of site staff is not open for a vote of site members.

3. Don’t do stupid shit.
For those who are not as sharp, see the following rules for the definitions of SOME stupid shit you are not to do. This list may not be inclusive.

4. Off Topic Posting:
Do NOT Hijack Tech Threads. Tech is for Tech. When posting, Keep to the topic of the thread. Posts containing inappropriate topic conversation that stray too far from the thread topic will be closed or deleted. Other forums should respect the subject of the original poster.

5. Offensive Content:
Offensive content is NOT permitted in any of our open forums. The Battlefield and Snapper Central are the only exceptions. Harmful, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or defamatory material of any kind or anything that might exploit minors will NOT be tolerated under any circumstance in ANY forum. The Any posts not in compliance with this rule will be promptly deleted or edited to remove offensive content.
Please refrain from using "fuck" or any other variation of it (i.e. fuckers, fucker, fucktard, etc.) in your thread titles. If you don't, you will be pm'd to politely remove it, if you still don't, we will do it for you. This thread title restriction does not apply to Teh Battlefield.

6. Illegal Acts
Posting comments or links in support of illegal activities including, but not limited to, threats against the life of any living person, doing harm to a state or federal official, or advocating the overthrow of the government is expressly prohibited.

7. Disrespectful Comments:
Flaming is only permitted in the battlefield. Bashing, flaming, name calling or harassment of any kind, will NOT be tolerated under any circumstance anywhere else. Members must show respect for other members of our community at all times. Any posts not in compliance with this rule will be promptly deleted or edited to remove offensive content.

8. Spamming:
Spam posts will not be tolerated in any of our forums. If you choose to post messages containing spam, your post will be immediately deleted and your account will be suspended or banned. This is considered a serious offense and a NO tolerance policy is in effect!

9. Insubordination:
Any form of slander, harassment or disrespectful behavior of any kind towards GMN Staff, will NOT be tolerated under any circumstance. This includes the posting of issued warnings and subsequent communications between a member and staff. Any member who violates this rule will be subject to the immediate cancellation of their site membership. This is considered a serious offense and a NO tolerance policy is in effect!

10. Complaints. It is not a good idea to spout off if you are upset with site staff. Just send a PM and it will be answered. When in doubt, see rule #2

The Battlefield is a NO RULES area. NO RULES. NO RULES. Get the point? Site rules are NOT enforceable there, so do not hide behind them when you're in there getting your ass blistered.

This also means NO MODERATION. Posts will not be removed, people don't get banned as a result of the BF, etc. If you dig your grave in the BF, be prepared to lay in it. If called out and you wish to not participate, don't post. The admin team will be more than happy to remove your BF access on request.

This does not preclude site staff, who may participate in BF posts at their own leasure. They may not however use their admin powers in retaliation of BF posts.

And of course, if you do something assinine that will effect outside the BF (A rediculous or inflamatory sig/avatar, etc) that's just like messing around in regular site territory and you WILL be held accountable.
