    My 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis

My great aunt bought her new off of the lot in '88 and it was a DD for 20 years. Right now she's at 103k miles and i try to avoid the sun and rain as much as i can.

I can't decide what i want to do with it besides a frame off restoration. Most likely it's just going to stay completely stock and ill get a tudor to actually drive and not worry about so much.

    So here's my "garage queen"

thanks guys. she did, for the most part.

one thing she couldve done better though was have the car washed more often in the winter. it would get full of salt from driving then just pulled into the garage. sometimes not getting washed til spring im sure. the car being white didnt help any, if it was black the salt wouldve been very obvious. so the chassis is rotted behind the front tires on both sides with minor surface rust in about 10 other places.

its strange how cars can look so good on the outside and be rotted underneath.

                              i hate salt.
