    Got a line on a 5.4L out of a Navigator with 20K

    Price is pretty cheap ($2000)

    Thoughts? Anyone tried it? Am I askin for a headache attempting it?

        5.4 swaps have been done into MN12 cars... shouldnt be too muhc different...

          The Navi heads are too big for your application. If they're 2V, they'll do fine, but the 4V Navi heads are slightly physcially larger on the intake side to make extra power for that bigass SUV. It would make a nice custom project, though.

          Am I askin for a headache attempting it?

            Much cheaper!!
            2011 Mustang GT Premium, MT82, Kona/Saddle, HIDs, 3.73s, 19s, hood/side stripes, UPR 1.5" springs with adjustable panhard bar, and UMI solid LCAs and relocation brackets.
            1992 Explorer Eddie Bauer, slight lift, 34s, and A/C...
            1979 Bronco Custom, 351M/C6/NP205, 4" lift, 35s, lots of fender trimming.

                  I think there will be serious issues with the intake height and wiper motor clearance....if you stick this in a panther. I suppose you can stock up on rain-x and put a hood scoop on it....make it work.

                    It is an extremely difficult undertaking. You could make it work in a panther, but it won't be easy and you will run into alot of issues. Mainly with clearance.
