Best carb adjustmen???

hi
just wondering what the best way is to go about adjesting my carb for peak preformence?? and is there any differnt kind of ford duraspark ignition box that would give me more spark?

To achieve peak performance, you will want the ideal theoretical air-fuel ratio of 14.7:1 throughout the rpm range. Much easier said than done on a carburated vehicle. A wideband O2 sensor and gauge can help tell you where you need to be. In reality, you basically cannot achieve this perfection, so tune it to where you're engine spends most of it's time, or where you want the most power.

For the Duraspark, are you having problems with it? They are generally good up to 5K rpm and usually perform pretty well on mild applications.

Stock Duraspark is good on a stock motor. Maybe a hotter coil if you feel the need but really unless you're running a decent amount more power, it'll do what you need just fine.
