I was wondering how I woould do this and are there any good kits out there to do it?

347 stroker kits are available on eBay all the time. You can go that route, or I'm sure Jegs/Summit/whatever also has them.

Get a SCAT 347. Eagle was using foreign (read cheap) metal in their kits for a while, not sure if they still do. A guy i know is using a SCAT crank in a turbo 302. His engine builder (who used to build NASCAR motors) said that the SCAT crank was as good as the $3000 Callais crank he had in there a bit prior. ( The Callais had to be sent back twice because it was out of spec. The SCAT was good right out of the box.
The cast SCAT cranks are rated to 700hp, and their cheap rods are rated to 900hp, (your block is a time bomb over 450hp) Go forged rods and pistons, you can get away with a cat crank as long as you are using a stock block. If you are using an aftermarkt block (Ford R block, Dart or man o'War) then you should go forged crank.
