I found my leak !!

OK for those of you who don't remember I was asking about an exaust sounding leak up near the top of my engine. Well I found out exactly what it was. The tube that runs from the air pump to the T at the back of the throttle body. right above the T it broke completely off.

So I went and removed the part that was just hanging there ( half rubber & the other metal ). Is it ok to just leave it like this or will it burn out my cats ??? How much would it cost to get it fixed ?? Should I just take off the T & block off the part where it goes into the manifold ???? Will I pass emissions with it like this ???

didnt we answer this in your old thread?

its depends what kind of emissions tests your county has. technically you would fail visual but might pass the sniffer.

Just make sure no exhaust is l;eaking out of the heads and it will run fine.
