You guys have no idea how bad I want to go, but I'm center punching the event with a 24 hour shift, and with my wife out of work, I'm just flat broke. If there's an 06 Scottfest, I can pretty much guarantee I'll be there with the loveboat.

AC probably needs charging. They have a low pressure cutout switch that will make the compressor shut down when it doesn't have enough charge in the system.

Perhaps the EGR valve is sticking open or getting the wrong signal. Pull the line from it and see if it behaves itself. If it does, try cleaning the EVR filter. Its on the fender on one of those vacuum solenoid things in a container that looks like a film canister. Pop the lid off and the little 1" foam filter thing is the EVR filter. Clean it in warm soapy water and let itr dry.

If the PCM was shot its very unlikely the car would even run. Pull the codes and see what it tells you.

    Wagon stalls

My wagon is stalling after it warms up in neutral and park. No problems in gear, forward or reverse, moving or stopped, it runs great. I fiind it odd that it stalls within seconds of shifting into neutral or park, almost immediately. I have already cleaned up the IAC and switched to a known good unit with no change. Ideas......

I was thinking a toast PCM maybe?

I actually have no idea whatsoever.

Also the AC compressor will only kick on for a second and won't keep running.
Working...
