    can i get a shift kit for a towncar?

    i want to get a shift kit to compliment my 3.73 gears and HO conversion (when it gets done)? any recommendations? and how hard is it to put one in?

      The TransGo shift kit is a good kit.

      Its inexpensive, and you can do it while you are doing a filter/fluid change.

          Two people here use the transgo HP kit and love it.

          the cheaper one to use is the regular transgo kit, PM 88grandmarq for details...

            I still got a shift kit I need to stuff in GL. I got lots of time but at the same time, no time. I don't get it.

              I need to pick one up myself. I already have the HO governor sitting in the trunk where it's been for months now. I'll probably get the cheaper kit, use my HO governor and call it good. I don't really need the pump-shift action of the 2 stage kit or the 5200 rpm governor.

                Sorry for the hijack. Who has the Transgo HP kits installed on their cars? How does it feel/shift?
