I actually had no trouble once I took the smaller pully head off. It went right on.

I put mine on with a tire tool. It was a bitch.

Hmm. I actually wasn't really that bad if you pull the small pully head off.. Losen the tention all the way. Put the head back on, and than push down on the whole thing, tightening the bolt in the back. Worked good.

its REALLY tight, in fact I didn't feel like putting it back on. You have to move your tensioner all the way to the bottom of the slider to even think about getting it on.

Sounds like you should have ordered a short bus, not a short belt.
