    Uh Oh..... lotsa smoke

    took the new(to me) blue 89 CV on a 2 hr road trip this holiday weekend. about 3/4 of the way during the trip home, I noticed lots of smoke coming out from under the car (from the rear and the passenger side) a quick inspection on the side of the road found a rather large trans leak from the passenger side, almost where the trans and engine meet. I suspect a trans cooler line fitting has broken or the dipstick o-ring is leaking. I bought 4 qts of fluid and limped it home, it was dark by the time I got back and the car was still pretty hot, so I havent checked anything out yet.
    good thing I got a parts car with a fairly fresh wide ratio AOD
