So I may have found a set of D0AE heads from a 1970 351w for sale locally for $200. They're complete. The guy says it looks like they were rebuilt and never used. I have to get some more info, and he's going to verify the casting numbers for me. In the event I do get these, I'll need those bushings to use 302 head bolts in a 351 head, correct? Is this what I need?

I wasn't able to find stepped bolts, but if I can, are those a better option or would I be fine with those bushings and a set of good head bolts? I was thinking of using a set of ARP bolts to replace my high mileage stocker bolts.
These heads should also be stud mount rockers if I'm not mistaken. Is there any way I can convert these to pedastal mounts so I can use my current 1.7 rockers? I hate stud mount rockers. Reminds me of working on a damn Chevy motor.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, how can I tell if these have hardened valve seats so I can run unleaded fuel in them? If they don't have them already, would it be more money than its worth to convert them so I can use them? I'm not planning on doing anything crazy with these. Maybe a little gasket matching on the exhaust side and install them with a stock HO cam.
