And the last 2 or 3 years of 5.0 Explorers had them. You could just use a Lentech full manual valve body in it. No need for a computer.

are you talking about a complete 4r70w swap or an aod with wide ratio planetaries? you can run a 4r70w but you need a bauminator and their valve body to control the shifts
other option which is much cheaper is an aod with 4r70w planetaries...........brian will do em up here for around 1200 installed
