i just did rear pads today on a 2000 grand marquis with 125k miles.
I know the guy who owns it, he rides the brakes constantly.
but yea, i will go through and replace all the front end componentry.

I did but it was because a rear seal was leaking gear oil all over the pads...

got the front GR-2's in
they ride very nicely! I used the old bushings for now as they werent in horrible shape and the KYB bushing kit hasnt shipped yet.
I'll get the new bushings in when they ship.
I also flipped the whitewalls in, balanced and road forced the tires. My high speed vibration is gone. Over big bumps at highway speed there's still something that feels kinda loose up front. I'm thinking it might be tie rods or sway bar end links. It wont be too hard to figure it out though, just have to actually put some time into it.Tags: None
