    Id say yes if the other wire is solid black. To be sure you can just test each terminal in the socket with a test light to see which one is supposed to be the + for the headlight.

    the power wire that comes off the flasher motor that will turn my highbeam light on and off...do i hook it up to the black/with green strip wire?
