Not sure which forum this belongs in - but this one will do.
By modern standards, the wind noise (above about 40 mph) is noticeable on my 86 Town Car. Seems to be generally around the B-Pillar. Considering all the non-aerodynamic bling outside on that pillar (lights etc) I am not surprised.
- My windows and their felt grooves in good shape.
- The rubber seals around front and back doors are in great shape. Put some 2" strips of newspaper in them, closed the door, and they take a bit of force to pull out - so no gaps I can find.
I am guessing this is just the way it is ... but you gurus may have some magic idea worth trying.... so I am asking if there is a 'fix'.
Cheers
