You can find carpet on Ebay, but new seats no where.
Whats wrong with used seats???? You could get the reupholstered.
You can get dash "caps" on Ebay but you wont find the actuall dash top anything but used. Same with the door cover things

If you look around long enough at junk yards you can find good stuff. I managed to find a complete mint condition blue interior after going to the junk yard once a week all summer.

Nobody makes new seats, and I don't believe there was ever a stock box Vic that came with black seats. If you want new, the closest you're gonna get is to have someplace re-upholster the seats and put new foam in.

usually you can just use the old existing frames and work from there. Frames aren't a big deal though, just some box tube, a bender, and a welder will let you build them. I doubt you can find new pre-made ones but fabbing them up wouldn't be too bad if you had some metal working skills.

I would love to have something like a van captain chair with armrests on both sides for bucket seats. I think that would be badass.

Those look like they might work, but would probably look kind of cheap, and only crap base model cars had vinyl seats anyway. Those stock basic vinyl bench seats are horrible.
