Might need shades with the sun reflecting off it.

Could always custom build a dash out of stainless steel or diamond plate. :knowital:

There is a special filler made for dashes, i cant remember what it is called right now, but i know it exists. it would be too expensive to buy to do your dash, but a auto upholstery shop could most likely point you in the right direction

Pretty much once they crack you either toss it or cover it up. The plastic and vinyl shrinks so you'd never really be able to close the gap up. I guess you could stitch it and make it look like Frankendash or something. Add a couple bolts sticking out of the sides for character.

Lucky you, dash covers are readily available for '90 and '91+. Just check ebay, or google.

Would this work: Hot glue gun. Spread the cracks open a bit and pump some glue into the crack. Push and hold the crack together until glue dries. Take a razor blade and trim off excess glue.

Are we talking about a '91 style dash? You could check at an upholestry shop. They might have some tips or even products. Could also check out a hobby store for products.
