Push the bottom of the seat towards the rear of the car then pull up... usually it is a bitch to get it to release... there is a "Hook" that the seat hooks into on the floor... Once that is out, there is two seatbelt bolts that hold the seat belt end, and the back of the seat in place... it is a torx bolt, usually... if you live up north, better put some PB blaster on it first, and let it soak... some people have had a problem getting the bolt out! After you get the two bolts out, the seat can be removed by pushing up then pull out... it "hooks" on two more metal hooks attached to the bulkhead behind the seat... hope this helps!!!

Stock up on T-50 bits, you will break more than one I'm sure. If you still can't get those damn bolts out, you can cut the tab easily, like I eventually did.
Otherwise, Tom told you everything you need to know.'89 Ford LTD Crown Vic - '92 Ford F-150 Custom -

Mine came loose easily. I tool the bit, stuck it in the bolt, and smacked it a couple times with a hammer before attempting to pull it. Came right out.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Ive been lucky - all three boxes Ive pulled rear seats out of, the bolts have come out without too much grief. One was a PA car, granted it was hardly rusted.
I think the key is to get a good angle on it, as true to dead on if you can. It helped me to have a short extention and a pivot head ratchet
