Trust me, spray paint will look like crap after a couple of months. I did that to my VW Beetle and it didn't hold up very well. It might work out better if you clearcoat it or use epoxy paint tho. I used the cheap Wal Mart paint, which doesn't do so well in the sun.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Well this stuff is supposed to fuse to the material.
What brand should I get and where should i get it. I dont want to spend more than 30 bux on paint. and 100 on sand paper. Or maybe I can do it the other way around. :P

don't be gay... spray cans are ok for touchup but not a whole paint job.. it will cost you over $130 in paint alone.. you might as well use a brush and roller.. and forget about clear coat. :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug: :drug:

No kidding, clear coat is not an option here. Use a can and it can only look ok. Unless you want to spend 900 man hours on every squar foot. Here is what 45 minutes of work including prep, paint and pollish and buff and a cpray can will look like. And this cover was brand new, so i didn't have to clean it.
