Here is where you can list what you're bringing to either gauge interest, or let everyone know what you're bringing.
You may choose to list prices or not. Your call.

I'm bringing:
-10 4bulb RED LEDs that are plug and play for the 194 style
- 2 one touch down modules

That's it for now.
I'll add more later if I have anything.

I can bring whatever I have for sale. In person I am VERY reasonable considering I know these parts will be going on them panthers. (http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthread.php?47621-Wagon-Fender-Braces-Intake-Plenum-Plaques-%2886%29-Chrome-Pedals)

Also I am looking for a rust free drivers side fender from 79-91 with ditch light and no louvers. Prefer Crown vic but would consider a grand marq one (from 88 to 91) if is clean. I's easily pay a cool hundo for a clean rust free and dent free fender. I mainly care about it being rust free.

You say you have complete left and right sides. I am interested if they are in very good or better condition. As to color, do you know what year they came from? I think/not sure that my color ran from 87-91. At least 88-91.

This would be great if they are the right parts. Really great.

Gadget,

I have been using the same 1972 vintage BSR/McDonald turntable for the last 41 years.

Do you think they ever made a better turntable?:cool_shades:

AR made some good turntables. Still got mine from the early 70's!

gadget73
08-01-2013, 07:32 PM
not a BSR fan at all. I've rebuilt them, and its a dead simple and fairly reliable mechanism but I'm just not keen on them. I had an AR/XA, but I traded it for a Weathers. The AR was definitely the better machine, though the Weathers looks cool with it's wooden tonearm. Still have too many though, so I think the Weathers is going to go.

I was just joshing about this being the best. Thought the fact that it still functions as an automatic turntable after all these years of moves and hard parties does speak to reliability, not necessarily quality sound reproduction.

Do you happen to have what you would consider a nice automatic turntable that you are in the mood to part with?

gadget73
08-01-2013, 10:17 PM
Unfortunately no. I've got a couple, but they're either not reliable enough to even consider selling, not all that nice, or its the one I use on a regular basis. The Garrard Lab 80 is actually a very nice machine and when its not pissing me off it works fantastically, but its such a moody piece of junk that I wouldn't inflict it on anyone. Its this specific one thats screwed up though. Its a mechanical failure though. A press-fit part is no longer press fit, and once in a while it slips out of position and screws the whole works up. I need to tear it apart and either figure out how to fix it, or find a replacement part. Unfortunately its one of those "first in, last out" sort of items and I haven't felt motivated enough to fool with it.

Perhaps a drop of epoxy would make it better. Or maybe a dollop of 3M 4,000 or is it 4,100?

I'll be bringing a box of misc crap ;) Don't remember what's in it, SW taillights, a Copper speedo, other little stuff.

I'll try to bring a box of LPs, cheap. I'm trying to cull the collection a little. Might be weird.

I spin a Rotel TT :)

I could use a couple of pre 90 GM instrument clusters to futz around with. An old one with the rectangular idiot light windows (early 80's ?) and a newer one with the square idiot light holes (late 80's). I don't know what year they switched over. They both should have the low fuel indicator.

Hey, so, I have a complete good condition rear end for a box Panther. Came from an '88 Town Car. Brakes are decent, 3.08 open, no leaks, even has good parking brake cables on it. You'll need brake lines and a center hose but other than that it's bolt in.

I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. If it doesn't find a home soon I'm going to be forced to junk it, so if someone wants it make me any offer at all and I'll haul it up with me this weekend. Could do what I did and get it powder-coated, then build a complete rear end out of it and swap it in on a weekend instead of having your car down for a week+ waiting on parts/etc.

I also have stock Mustang headers and a catless BBK h-pipe I could be convinced to part with.
