yep. aka 'the race box'.
84 box vic. stripped. gutted, and setup for drag racing! the rear end is out right now, but should be back in within a coupla weeks (busy weekend schedules next 3 weeks). don't know yet what she'll run on this year's engine/gears, but i'm thinkin < 15 sec 'out of the shute'. don't have any good pics yet (it's not been out of the garage but for about 5 minutes since november).
it's painted 'flat black rustoleum'. last time it was weighed it came in at about 3300 lbs.
stull working on bringing that number down.
anyway, the current plan is to 'drag' it to scottfest 2008 behind seneeb's gf's P71!
cause i sure wouldn't want to drive it.......
to give you an idea,,, just driving it to the local track (about 30 to 40 minutes at most), makes me feel like i've been standing on a paint shaker... (ride's a bit stiff, and the engine vibration is a bit,,, um,,,,, strong)..
