    Welcome. You have a very clean car, under the hood too. It looks great. One question; why is the radiator support not the same minty green as the car? It looks dark blue.

        hey guys, just got home from work, i heard of scott fest and i shure hope i could go this year, i'll see at work if i can organize my vacations within those days... the engine is a small block (wish it was a windsor probably for a future proyect) and the radiator suport is originaly black but has faded a bit, gonna repaint it all as soon as i fix some of the wiring, i'll post more off my pictures over at readers rides to share with the rest of the community...

            I usually don't like full tops, but yours is right at home there! Clean and pretty engine bay too!

              hmm...I wonder if it was modded because that motor paint looks very new...nice air cleaner and valve covers as well.

                thanks guys! , i knew that you guys would apreciate my restoration proyect, its good that i found this community, had been searching for something like this for a long time. The mods i have done are:

                -Mustang H.O. heads (hope to soon have Explorer's)
                -Edelbrock performer package (timming chain, cam and intake)
                -Holley 600c.f.m. 4180 i think, from an 85' mustang
                -Crane cams distributor advance kit with new springs
                -Underdrive crank pulley
                -B.B.K shorty headers

                .... Man i've seen great cars in this community, a lot of beatifull boxes in here, they givin' me tons of great ideas for continuing my long, long proyect, 7 years so far

                  hmm..sounds like a great combo...should pull pretty nicely...and yea, Explorer(GT40) heads would improve it for sure.

                    1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt
                    2006 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Stock for now
                    1989 Ford F-250 4x4 much much more to come, sefi converted so far.
                    1986 Toyota pickup with LSC wheels and 225/60/16 tires.
                    2008 Hyundai Elantra future Revcon toad
                    1987 TriBurner and 1986 Alaska stokers keeping me warm. (and some pesky oil heat)
