          surprised nobody has told you to check the TV linkage on your car. that is the biggest reason the AOD burns up. a $5 part causes a big $$$ fix. here is a link you will find helpful.



          you have the block type adjuster. you will want to have the old bushing replaced with a brass bushing.

            Yes, very important. God forbid the damage is already done. Take care of the transmission and it will take care of you.
