    No0b to the forum!

Hello everyone. Figured I'd swing in here and say Hi. I spoke w/ Epi on the TCCoA forum and he reminded me of this site, so I figured I'd register and see whats going on. I noticed a lot of old screenames here so I'm assuming there is a wealth of info here

And while I'm not a Merc owner, I do own an 84 Vic, and an 03 LX Sport, so I'm no stranger to the Panther platform. Unfortunately after 400K on the 84 and the end of this month, she will no longer be on the road due to massive amounts of frame cancer. I guess that's what 24 years of daily driving does to a car. I do however have a new frame in the garage, so it's just a matter of time before I'm back in the box. For now the Sport will have to do I guess.

Looking forward to talking to you all again. My budget may be small (or none ), but I still like to dream, lol...

    Jay
These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.

Thanks, guys. It's nice to see some familiar people.

I do have pics of both, but I'll have to get them posted later as they're on my home PC.
