      the bracket that holds the EGR solenoid is the only bugger thing to get off. I think it's two 8mm (5/16) hex bolts IIRC (my sockets fir both SAE and metric... so I'm not sure which, but would lean to 8mm). Then once that's off, you can remove the EGR valve by removing the two bolts that hold it on (the pipe should have enough play to wiggle it out a bit, but you can always take the pipe off first - no need to remove the bottom part, just the end on the EGR valve). The intake elbow is just the 4 bolts that hold it down.

      That engine is no longer in my car, otherwise I would post pics as well. My 93 has an 03 TC engine now... sounds like a Mustang GT with the Magnaflow muffs and cats too.

        cool, much appreciated sly, ill give er a shot when i get it home. Dealer still says after having it for two days they cant get the CEL to come on at all................Sooooo aggravating, almost like calling me a liar ya know. So im guessing their gonna call me shortly telling me to come get it and (KEEP AN EYE ON IT)........

              the restrictive aluminum POS they call an intake manifold for the 92-95 engines.
