    stupid question- spark plugs

allright, Im on a roll of dumb questions today-

the GF's dad has a set of new motorcraft sparkplugs leftover from his 91 GT, along with wires. will these work on my vic(so i can save 30 bucks and use it for something better)?

    actually... NO.

stock E6 heads use a different spark plug from the E7 (HO/truck) cylinder heads
E6 heads use an extended tip plug... E7 head does NOT.

Friendly advice: According to the people on this forum, Panthers really are happiest with copper plugs. I don't know from personal experience, since I've only ever run copper, but according to the people who ran platinum or some other stuff, they couldn't wait to get the coppers back in.

I never noticed much difference with mine to be honest, which is enough justification for me to run cheap plugs.
