      (just for example, googled 'foam coolant')

      Other people are saying head gasket.
      Maybe the idea is that it makes an emulsion, like mayonnaise? (the oil, and the water-based coolant).
      Simply dirty coolant, wouldn't make any sense to turn white like that :-(
      Unless you have SERIOUS calcium deposits from very hard water? That's just a whimsical guess, and I don't actually think so myself.

        If it was a head gasket you would get hydrocarbon in the water or water in the oil.

          alright it was just a clogged radiator changed it and my overheating while ac on went away!!
