Give a man a fish and he will be fed for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will promptly forget that he once did not know, and proceed to call anyone who asks, a n00b and flame them on the boards for being stupid.

Hmm, found this: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/34...-radiator.html
(just for example, googled 'foam coolant')
Other people are saying head gasket.
Maybe the idea is that it makes an emulsion, like mayonnaise? (the oil, and the water-based coolant).
Simply dirty coolant, wouldn't make any sense to turn white like that :-(
Unless you have SERIOUS calcium deposits from very hard water? That's just a whimsical guess, and I don't actually think so myself.

If it was a head gasket you would get hydrocarbon in the water or water in the oil.
