....I think the gasket is around $1.49 + tx...... sheet of paper gasket would cost more....and isn't the right material anyway...

Oh you mean like the "goomah" ?

I've never had problems with the gaskets from the part store. Most of the time you don't even need to change it unless you tear it. Worst that will happen is it will suck air and idle high.

I forget now, but either the EGR gasket or the spacer gasket is a bitch to get......I remember three a/p stores did not have one.........was fortunate to find one at Green Sales, but I did have to wait a week to get it.
