Shit, It didnt work....
Its the Comp Cams Magnum 280H...
280/280 duration, .512/.512 lift, power from 2000-6000 rpm...rough idle
Of course, ill have this paired with a 3.55 rear gear, a wide ratio trans, and around 10.2:1 compression. Should be a super wicked motor.1983 Grand Marquis 2Dr Sedan "Mercules"

Yeah, tom, looks cool... but if it was me, I would also like the smooth idle idea, and sacrifice some muslce up higher. FOr a street car, anyway. For a race car, screw smooth idles.
BUt when (if?) I do my 351ness... I'll probably keep it smooth idlin' if possible. That's the way my dad's truck is. Which I"m driving today and yesterday. It idles really smooth, and still get's screaming pretty good. ANd can get moving at low rpms. ANd still roast all the hondas in town...
Here's a bumper sticker I thought of, just now.
"The heat from my tires will melt your aluminum spoiler"
(or perhaps leave out the word "aluminum")
Strangely, I have yet to do a burn out. I guess I"m afraid I"ll have to buy him a new tire. (open rear... )
