Air cleaner/Nitrous

My Moroso was a drop base air cleaner, i had to have a spacer under the air cleaner otherwise the air cleaner hits the needles on the bowls, and it presses the accelerator pump when fully seated.

That air cleaner was intended for 2V carbs only and was designed for SBC cars using GM HEI distributor.
The Moroso #65926 Would probably do the job for you.



I would have to check which brand I am using on my Capri. If the Moroso soesn't work, this one will. I have never seen it in Jegs or Summit. A local circle track speed shop had it.

I believe Summit sells it, if not i know Speedway does. The Moroso will work fine with a 1/2" spacer under it, i just dont have the hood room right now.

The one in the picture is the Moroso one that may work. The other one I am talking about that is on my Capri is used without a spacer and is much lower than the Moroso in the picture.
