...get out on the DRAGway!"
I need a better 1/4 mile time...
I'm considering giving the bottom end of my car a full rebuild, including valve relief pistons, so that I can have a large cam and 1.7 Roller Rockers...
this way, the car will run like it did when it was younger...and then some!
I'm also noticing that on most of the bigger cams for 5.0's, they're always listed as "not computer compatible".
here's my questions:
#1-What parts do I need to get to rebuild the bottom of the motor?
#2-How much will those parts cost?(roughly speaking)
#3-Does "not computer compatible" mean that it's not compatible with the HO ECM? meaning that I would have to convert to MAF...or does it mean that the motor can't be EFI and has to be Carbed?
