    Aftermarket Proportioning Valve

Giving some thought to getting one of these for the CV. I'm thinking the Wilwood units look nice. I have never replaced or even used one of these before. Is it worth it? I guess this is one of the tricks used at the track burnout box? Make the bias more towards the front brakes so that you're not wearing through the rear drums/discs? Or is it better to install/learn a line lock?

A line block would be best for burn outs. I have the Wilwood in the wagon which I used to balance the brakes fore & aft.

The stock system doesn't put much pressure on the back anyway, and the stock front brakes suck enough that you really do not want to reduce braking to the back. If anything, I'd put more to the back. If you want to do impressive burnouts, you install a line lock to just shut off the back lines. Or, don't do enough burnouts to really cook off the brakes. By the time you smoke a set of shoes, you've bought a set of tires, and those ain't cheap.

yes I pulled out the rear restrictor and added the adjustable to send more pwer to the rear to keep the fronts from locking.

I am looking to install/replace the booster, as that will be the last thing that was not replaced in the braking system. I was going to do the big brake swap, but got stumbled at the JY. So for now, I will make what I got work better........hopefully. It looks like I will be getting a line lock from what I read and have seen.

Hey pacman a booster from an f250 that's dual diaphragm would work and if you grab one from an older model you can still use your current master
