I guess I get mad cred because the lower on my Mark VII says Holley.

I'm not saying that the names of the parts on your car are what makes your ride your ride, you just have to remember to live your life a 1/4 mile at a time.

That would involve stopping too frequently. Nothing is only 1/4 mile away, and I've got shit to do.

Got a bit of street cred myself then.
1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.

I should put "BEATER GONNA BEAT" in white letters across my rear glass on my 88.

Ha, if I can even hit 5th gear in that 1/4 that'd be a damn miracle, so yeah, no thanks

On the windshield actually, all such messages should really go on the windshield for max effect. The rear glass is where you list the brands of all the go-fast stuff you may or may not actually have installed in the vehicle.

around here with all the one-way roads, I would like people to actually see it especially when I'm towing the trailer.

also, all the brand stickers go on the 93 under the hood on the upper tie bar cover.

No stickers. I should be paid for any advertising I wear on my person or stick to my car.

I don't have any stickers on mine. Partly for that reason, but mostly because it makes me feel like a d-bag to brag about all the crap I've put on my still-slow car. The only brand names anywhere are the original maker's marks. I'm not into complete de-badging. The parts themselves have whatever markings they came with.

I put them on the underside of the trunklid. Got an ARP one, Thrush, Auto-meter, and a Summit one. I did put little Summit stickers on the quarter windows on the Box.

Also, I've only put stickers from stuff that my car actually has. False advertising is for punks with lowered Hondas. Haha!

Them 5.0 badges aren't lying either.

I like my car being low-profile. The only thing on it that really stands out is the wheels, and the exhaust is a little noisy. Otherwise, it's way more incognito than my black-and-white '98 with REALLY loud exhaust was. Now it's like I'm driving a hole in the air, and I kinda like it. Now and then an old guy will give me a thumbs up, which is awesome. Anyone that's really taken a second look goes "damn, that car is pretty cool". Just needs to be lower, stop better, go faster, have a working heater, etc. That should only take me the next 5 years or so...

Exactly the way I see it as well. The only "bling" decals on my vehicles are those Bilstein decided to put on their shiny shocks, should have painted them things OEM black too when I had the chance...

+1 stickers are only of what's on the car. Though the only decals viewable by the public are my GMN stickers, Autobot emblems, and the light bar in the grill of the 93... which I need to replaced the LEDs.

Ah, since you mentioned it, I think some Decepticon decals will be very suitable for my vehicles of choice. Where did you get your Autobots?
