    BBS hubs and bearings

Im getting ready to order the hub/bearing assemblies for my BBS. They asked if I needed the ABS or NON ABS assemblies. Which one do I use? To keep things simple, and so I dont have tell them my whole BBS life story. I told the sales guy it was for a 2000 Ford crown vic. Please advise.

only difference btw ABS and non-ABS is the ring on the hub for the ABS sensor.
either one will work the same.

the obvious question is which one is less expensive and which one does he have in stock or can get more quickly.

for the brake hoses make sure you get hoses that are for abs cars.
I believe the none abs hoses will not mate up to the stock lines.

What he said. Get whichever hub is cheaper, it will make no difference to anything but your wallet. When I got my parts, the ABS hub was actually cheaper. The non-ABS car I got the parts from had one original non-abs hub and one replacement ABS hub.

And yeah, the brake line needs to be the ABS one (or traction control, if they ask that instead). Passenger side is actually the same, its the driver's side one that wants to be for an ABS car to fit right.

Ok, cool. good to know. Thank you. I noticed that they were $80.00 plus at the parts houses. I never considered Ford, since they are so expensive. Will do.
