Thats what I thought rears. When that happens I cut both ends of the bolt not the arm. Use a hack saw most of the time as Sawsall blades usally go through about 4 to 6 of them per bolt. Its a bit more work but one blade will do several bolts if not all of them. Then melt/burn the bushing out.
Either a 9/16 or 7/16 bolt will fit dont remember which. Use grade 8 bolt or high grade stainless. Coat the bolt shank with anti sieze and use nylock nuts.
