Master Cylinders for Dummies:-)

Ok.........don;t laugh.............I topped off the master on my '86 MGM........and I noticed that the large rear chamber when full is actually full only on one end...........the other looks like maybe less than half due to the angle of the master.
Why after all these years I noticed this I have no idea..........but is this the way it should be??

Thats normal unless its filled facing down a hill. Wouldnt advise that though.
