Amp blowing fuses

    It's the fuse on the AMP itself. It calls for 40 amp fuse. It's a 600 watt amp.

    When the 40 blew I swapped to a 30 amp fuse I had. I never turned it up as high as it can go so figured that was good, but even at real low volume it pops.

    I also found out that one woofer is bad, rattles. And the mid and high are out on that side. So I unplugged that side and it still popped...

    So many problems, so little time...

      try putting the 40 back in. i had an amp that blew a 40 amp and only had a 35, thought that would be fine. nope, it blew that one too, once i replaced the 40 again it was good to go.
      What happened here?
