some taillight questions

i know you can change the header panel for differnt front end......

can you do the same to the rear? like put vic tails on a merc or lincoln tails on a merc?

Nope.

The latch for the trunklid prevents you from swapping tails. Unless you have the patience to re-position that latch piece.
