    98 GM door moldings

On the 98 GM are the door moldings held on with clips or tape? the drivers door molding on my car is staring to come loose in the corners and I was thinking of taking them all off but im not sure whats underneath them if its plastic clips or just tape that could be easily removed.

on my 97 it seemed all of that stuff was held in place with glue, the one on my fender (the peice with just a tiny bit of chrome on it before it stops) and it was just glue, i put it back on and it stayed just find a strong glue or something of that sort.
