So I decided to try this on my hurst shifter. It works very well, and the shifter that I had laying around looks great (driver quality) and is ready for whenever I do the 5 speed!!

Should give that a try on the rusty fenders on the '59 Schwinn I got last week.1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.

I always used the chrome polish, but most of it smells like cat piss. Maybe I'll try this next time I have rusty chrome.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

I'll be damned. Works slick as can be.
Before. Been neglected for a long time.
After. Just went over it a bit to try it out. I'll remove the fenders to do it properly. And some Panther action.

Nice! Maybe I'll try that on my motorbike instead of painting over the chrome.
