I bought this car in August. Seller wanted $1000 but I talked him down to $750. The fuel-pump was near death. It hadn't been road-worthy since 2013...The original owner is deceased and her son was the current owner. He told me that the car was garage-kept for most of it's life. There are Rust-Check stickers on the back window from 1996-2005. The repairs I had done were just wear and tear items mostly. A small hole in the frame was patched on the passenger side. I'm going to have undercoating done before winter arrives. Also need to buy a set of winter tires. Here's a few pics from the 1st time I viewed the car.

Decent score for that little wrong with only one frame patch up in your neck of the woods.

I vacuumed out the interior and put a set of new floor mats down. I found the spare set of keys under the driver's seat. I'll take some interior pics in the next few days, if the weather is decent. There's 176K on the odometer and the gears are still good. Most recent pics were taken after a trip to the coin-op car wash.'79 Continental Town Car

Excellent find there, mang. Looks to be real solid, and it's got the lovely velour interior to boot! Reminds me of a gorgeous white '94 Grand Marquis that I saw last year. Silver with dark red pinstripes hearkens back to the box generation LTD/LTD CVs, and is my second favorite paint scheme on the aeros. You can really see the clearcoat on that paint!'89 Grand Marquis "Ebyt", '85 Grand Marquis "Eva", '94 Caprice "Kira"

Oh man! It totally is silver! My monitor at my desk must be slightly off on it's hue setting or something.
Oh well, we can still be Aero CV buddies.************************************************** ******************************
